Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within Finland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Finnish public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

- Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days from dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
- In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@oncesourced.com.
- If the package arrives visually damaged, please take photographs of the unopened box before opening it and inspecting the item.
Unclaimed Packages
Please remember to pick up your package in time. If a package is left unclaimed at your local pickup point or parcel locker it is automatically returned to us.
